Responds to customer requests and questions regarding service, products and information.
Analyzes, addresses and rectifies customer concerns.
Relays information to Sales and the production departments for timely and accurate completion of customer orders.
Ensures that customer records are current and updated, as well as customer concerns are communicated to relevant corporate departments.
Responsibilities Receive and address customer inquires and complaints and rectify all issues in a timely and pleasant manner Proactively communicate to the customer any changes that occur with orders Ensure that customer orders are completed in a timely manner Communicate customer issues to the appropriate department in a timely manner Assist Sales and Marketing departments with product development, market research, trade shows and advertising / public relations Monitor customer satisfaction and promote the company in a positive manner Maintain accurate records and develop reports for internal and/or external use, regarding customer information which includes:
sales, completed and incomplete orders Assist sales on customer calls as needed Calculate pricing for customer quotes and orders Maintain accurate and organized customer files utilizing Salesforce and ERP Create and maintain data, reports, and spreadsheets as directed May perform other duties as assigned Reporting relationships The Customer Care Representative reports to the Customer Care Manager.
The Customer Care Representative does not have any direct reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Education and training High School Degree or equivalent required, associates degree in a business field preferred The ability to communicate clearly using written, verbal and electronic communication 1-2 years of relevant experience working in customer service or business environment The ability to communicate and satisfy customer inquires and complaints in a timely and pleasant manner Job Type:
